Are you arriving by car?

Just a heads-up: there’s no immediate parking available around the buildings.

|| You’ll need to park your car in the neighborhood on the other side of the Haarlemmerweg.

Are you arriving by public transportation?

|| The Solebaystraat bus stop is nearby. Just hop on Bus 21, and it’s less than a 5-minute walk to our office from there.

Or, be active and walk from Sloterdijk Station. It's about a 10 minute walk.

What should I bring on the day of the key transfer?

| * Your ID or passport (note: a driving license won’t do, and if your passport is from outside the EU, you’ll need a residence permit). | * Proof of your first rent payment (this includes the first month’s rent and, if needed, the security deposit). | * Please have your proof of payment ready, either on your mobile banking app or on paper.

||| We do not accept copies of your passport or ID card.

|| Due to the high number of handovers, we kindly ask that only the tenants who signed the lease attend.

When do I receive the first invoice?

| The first rent invoice (including the deposit) will be sent before the handover of the apartment, no later than September 20, 2024.

Is the first payment a direct debit?

| The first payment is not an automatic debit, and must be paid manually before the handover.

How can I pay the first monthly rent?

| The first payment needs to be paid manually. The exact amout and name of the recipient is listed in your rental agreement.

Since there are 2 owners of the building, you need to check what information is relevant for you. You can find this on article 4.5 of the rental agreement.

From which day do I start paying rent?

| It has been agreed with the property owner that the first invoice will cover the period from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024.

I didn't pay the first monthly payment. Can I still enter my apartment?

|| You will receive your access card after the key handover, so you will not be able to park in the garage upon arrival for the handover.

Can I park in the parking garage during the key transfer, if I don't rent a parking space?

| Sorry, but the parking garage is only for those who have rented a spot.

Can someone else pick up the keys for me?

The short answer is, no.

| Someone who signed the rental agreement must be present. it is not possible to empower friends or family to pick it up instead.

Why do I need an elevator slot?

| You need to book an elevator slot, to secure exclusive rights to the an elevator and a space to park your car.

Can I book more than one elevator slot?

| After you've booked the first time slot for the elevator, we offer you a maximum of 10 extra slots (1 hour per slot). With a maximum of 4 per day.

I can only book 1 elevator slot. When can I book more elevator slots?

| Please contact us via the To Be At app. You'll need to be transfered to another phase in our system.

What happens if I book more than 4 elevator slots on 1 day?

| We wiill cancel those, so please don't!

There is elevator A, and B. Which elevator should I choose?

| Both are elevators are close to your apartment. You can choose any.

I live on the ground floor. Do I still need an elevator slot?

| You still need to book a lift/parking spot, because it also gives you access to a parking spot.
