F.A.Q. booking a key transfer slot
I would really like to plan the key transfer as soon as possible. Can I pick them up on the 26/27th of September?
All spots on those days are full.
If the option to select a time slot for that person/date is 'greyed out', it means that there are no options for that selection. Try something else.
Can I change the date of the key transfer?
You are able to do this through the To Be At app.
If no slots are available, this means all slots are booked.
I'm not available on any of the dates. What should I do?
If you are only able to collect your keys later in October, you can schedule this with us by sending us a chat message through this app.
The app says my moving in date is on the 26th of September, but I didn’t choose a date. How is this possible?
This is because some information fields needed to be filled, so we could send you an invitation for the app.
You still need to book a moment for the key transfer, and for the elevator slots.
