When do I receive the first invoice?

The first rent invoice (including the deposit) will be sent before the handover of the apartment, no later than September 20, 2024.

Is the first payment a direct debit?

The first payment is not an automatic debit, and must be paid manually before the handover.

How can I pay the first monthly rent?

The first payment needs to be paid manually. The exact amout and name of the recipient is listed in your rental agreement.

Since there are 2 owners of the building, you need to check what information is relevant for you. You can find this on article 4.5 of the rental agreement.

From which day do I start paying rent?

It has been agreed with the property owner that the first invoice will cover the period from October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024.

I didn't pay the first monthly payment. Can I still enter my apartment?
