I didn't recieve an invitation for the app. What should I do?

Please check if your mobile phone number is entered correctly. Always start with + followed with your country code.

Why do I need the app?



You need the app to book a time slot for the key transfer, and to book slots for exclusive right to the elevator. Also, you can apply for several utilities, like electricity and internet.

The To Be At app is our preferred channel of communication. After moving, you use the app to contact your Tenant Ambassador, and request service repairs.
