* Read on the same page how MyPup works and about your advantages;
* You will receive a welcome email with clear instructions;
* In case of online purchases, please provide the MyPup address as the delivery address
* From now on, you will always receive all your packages on the same day, in one go, at your Pick Up Point.

We would like to remind you that you only have access to your own building, plus the entrance where the MyPup lockers assigned to your use are located.
When registering for the MyPup services, select the locker that has your house number in the locker's name. If you choose a different locker, your package will be delivered to a residential building where you do not have access. Therefore, it's important to pay close attention to this.
