What are the different phases of moving to Basil?
Due to construction work on the adjacent site, and our desire to give as many people as possible quick access to the site and their apartment, there will be certain limitations regarding site access.
To optimize your access, we've seperated the delivery of your apartment in 2 phases.
* The key handover phase;
* The moving phase.
During the key handover, we will:
Introduce ourselves;
Guide you to your home;
Provide you with information about your apartment, the building, and our role as the building manager;
we will record the meter readings and fill out an inspection form;
You will recieve your keys.
The key handover will take a maximum of 45 minutes.
During the moving phase:
You will move or have your belongings delivered at a separate time from the key handover, during a moving slot. Due to limited space around the building and the availability of only two elevators per building, we must spread out the moving slots over several days.
We ask for your understanding if your preferred time is unavailable, as this means another resident has already booked the slot.
